Chavakkad Beach in Thrissur is famous for the Azhimukam, the confluence of the river and sea. Visitors throng here to observe this delightful phenomenon. Nalumanikattu Children’s Park and Kayaking Club is located in
Kadapuram near Chavakkad in Thrissur district,
Kerala State, South India. The word ‘Nalumanikattu’ means 4’o clock breeze in Malayalam. Its around 30 km from Thrissur, 4 km from Chavakkad, 12 km from Vadanappilly.
Enamavu is located closer to the coast and at a distance of 20 km from Thrissur. It lies between Thrissur and Guruvayoor, at a distance of just 12 km from Guruvayoor. You can travel by bus or train to Thrissur and take a local bus to Enamavu. A few buses that connect Thrissur to Guruvayoor pass through Enamavu.
